自2010年8月首次亮相苏州国际照明展之后，比亚迪照明迅速成为业内关注热点之一。然而至今为止，除部分展会新闻提到比亚迪照明外，比亚迪照明尚未得到媒体深入报道，业内人士对其还停留在猜测的阶段。
近期，搜狐成功邀请比亚迪照明在搜狐微博开通官方微博，比亚迪照明总经理助理翟东胜也开通了搜狐微博。近日，翟东胜与搜狐微博网友进行互动。搜狐家居照明频道记者将翟东胜与网友对话整理如下，与您一起揭开比亚迪照明的神秘面纱。
@好摄之凸：比亚迪照明是否真像宣传那样“低碳照明”，和其他LED厂商相比，比亚迪照明产品有什么竞争优势勒？
@翟东胜：这位朋友：1、比亚迪LED照明是无汞、无紫外线、无频闪的。一只荧光灯会污染至少180吨地下水，荧光灯下的紫外线照射10小时相当于在阳光下暴晒10小时，传统荧光灯100次/秒明暗变化的频闪对视觉伤害极大； 2、比亚迪掌握了LED芯片等的核心技术，优势不言而喻。
@家居八卦：现在LED很热，但是还不够成熟，很多照明行业传统巨头都持观望状态。比亚迪此时进入，对这个领域前景如何判断的？有没有觉得有一定风险？
@翟东胜：LED前景显而易见。其次，LED产业在中国不成熟，关键是大多企业集中在封装和下游，掌握芯片技术的企业少。BYD03年已进行LED研发，已掌握外延生长、芯片、封装及应用环节，立志成为行业领导者；进军LED照明是BYD经过周详的市场调查和对自身的深刻了解得出的。
@人在边缘1999：我刚才专门查了一下资料，好像BYD照明现在主要做LED照明哦，我想问一下，BYD以后会做那种普通消费者家里用的照明产品吗？如果有，请介绍一下这方面的情况。
@翟东胜：比亚迪照明--LED健康低碳照明引领者。 比亚迪照明的LED灯有球泡灯、射灯、灯泡、吸顶灯等等，均可用于普通消费者家庭照明比亚迪LED灯能耗方面仅是传统荧光灯的1/2，是白炽灯的1/10，不仅节能，而且对健康方面十分有利。
@搜狐焦点郑哲：比亚迪照明在整个比亚迪集团占据什么位置？有什么战略意义？未来三到五年，希望做到行业第几？
@翟东胜：LED是比亚迪继电池、IT、汽车之后的又一新兴产业，是其绿色节能产业的再延伸，也是其新能源的又一应用领域，相信LED产业将成为拉动其整体发展的又一驾马车。比亚迪LED未来的发展目标是做健康、低碳照明的引领者，成为行业标杆，立志做行业第一。
@搜狐焦点曾伏虎：赶紧给大家说说比亚迪照明和比亚迪汽车什么关系吧。
@翟东胜：比亚迪照明和比亚迪汽车是比亚迪集团的两个不同产业，是比亚迪绿色节能产业的一个延伸。一定要说其中的关联，我可以负责任的说，比亚迪汽车的LED车灯是比亚迪照明最直接的应用实例。
@老愤青：问题1：比亚迪照明应该很有钱，那么集团对照明这块业务的支持有哪些呢？问题2：介绍一下比亚迪照明的渠道模式？目前比亚迪的渠道建设情况如何？
@翟东胜：1、LED产业是比亚迪继电池、IT、汽车之后的又一新兴产业，是比亚迪绿色节能产业的再延伸，也是比亚迪新能源的又一应用领域，比亚迪集团非常看好 、重视LED产业。2、比亚迪LED照明产品后续会通过逐步建立的销售网点面向市场销售。目前比亚迪LED照明招商正在各地紧张的进行中，受到众多经销商的青睐。
@光明独行侠：我也听说过比亚迪照明了，不过真不知道详情。美的集团今年进来（照明行业）的时候，花了好多钱，挖了好多人，开了好多店。那比亚迪进来，资金准备是否充分？团队建设，特别是技术人员和市场人员准备情况如何？
@翟东胜：比亚迪拥有IT、汽车、新能源等几大产业，各产业都有很强的造血功能，雄厚的资金支持保障了产业持续发展；比亚迪电力研究院、中央研究院、工程研究院、光电子研究院4大研究院为产品设计提供技术支持，涉及LED光学测试、热学测试、电源设计等。目前LED技术研发人员超过400人。
@光明独行侠：感觉LED现在市场并未打开，大量的市场需求都是政府工程支撑的，那比亚迪照明目前要打开市场，也会主要走工程渠道吗？我们都知道LED比较贵，比亚迪照明价格方面有优势没？
@翟东胜：1、比亚迪LED目前的产品主要有灯泡、吸顶灯、射灯、路灯等各种类型的灯，后期还有多种产品适应不同需求。产品的应用范围很广，除了普通的室内、道路照明外，还可用于店铺照明、酒店照明、景观照明、小区照明等。2、国内LED目前应该有70%以上的芯片均为外购，这是LED照明成本居高不下的一大因素。比亚迪照明掌握了LED照明核心芯片技术，涵盖外延生长、芯片、封装到应用领域，成本优势不言而喻。
@光明独行侠：补充一点，现在比亚迪照明生产基地在哪儿？规模如何？产能如何？未来市场针对国内还是国外？能说说具体投入多少钱吗？
@翟东胜：研发总部在深圳，生产分为惠州一期和惠州二期，目前一期工厂和二期部分厂房已经建设完毕。我们截止到2010年投入资金3亿，月产量是5兆W，月产值可以达到2亿；二期建筑面积12万平米，建设完毕后的月产量可以达到50兆W，月产值15亿；目前采购的MOCVD设备数十台，还在增加此设备。国内与国外市场都是比亚迪发展的目标和重点。

According to reports, BYD is very optimistic about the prospects for the development of LED industry, has decided to fight the pull of its LED products, another company carriages. Industry View
Lighting will generate significant growth for the LED industry. Based on latest data from Digitimes Research, the high brightness LED market will grow to US$12.6 billion in 2011, up 53% from US$8.25 billion in 2010. The overall use of LEDs in lighting will increase to 12.4 billion units in 2011 from 4.8 billion units in 2010, as the effects of LED light bulbs replacing incandescent bulbs will start to show in 2011.
Although lighting will not have a high share in the overall LED market, accounting for 3.2% of the overall LED industry value in 2010, major countries worldwide have laid down LED lighting policies and been actively promoting the development of the LED lighting industry because of growing environmental concerns.
Digitimes Research analyst Jessie Lin noted that global demand for LED light bulbs will increase significantly from 596 million units in 2011 to 2.5 billion units in 2013. Due to trial projects in many major cities in China, US and Europe, LED streetlamps will increase to 9.8 million units in 2013 from 2.2 million units in 2011.
With major countries promoting LED lighting, LED lumen efficiency has been improving significantly, and the prices for LED lighting are estimated to drop by 20-30% every year. Lin estimated that LED lighting demand will increase at a CAGR of 97.4% from 2009 to 2013, higher than the CAGR of 62.6% for LEDs used in large-size LCD backlighting in the same period. The overall LED lighting market will reach US$15.4 billion in 2011, and LED lighting devices will account for 10.6% of the overall lighting market in 2011, Lin said.
